Heh. I was watching The Fast and Furious last night and thought the same thing. An undercover cop develops sympathy for his objectives.

What was the one movie with the undercover cops that turn into junkies? That was well done. I read the book and it was even better than the movie. Can't remember the name off-hand though.

I think that would be "Rush" with Jennifer Jason Leigh.

now that you mention it, ski, you're totally right - i hadn't noticed the similiarities to Point Break until you mentioned it, but yeah, you're bang on.
